Truffles

Each truffle is made by hand by Emily herself. A truffle has a center of chocolate ganache and an outer coating. The ganache can be flavored with jams and liqueurs, and the coatings can be a coating of chocolate, nonpareils, or some other coating chosen to match the flavoring of the ganache.
